A great hike and amazing scenery awaited us at our 3rd National Park stop.

Our first National Park! Big Bend is so big and so beautiful, a second week (and 3rd?) week was deserved. We’ll just have to come back.

There is too much to do in a city like San Antonio, we didn’t feel like a week was long enough!

An organic brewery that we won’t be going back to. In one word…Meh

Look out Austin, we might end up living here one day. We loved it that much!

The award winning brewpub and award winning beer didn’t disappoint.

In between our visits to Waco and Austin, we visited and stayed at a popular hot spot that was actually in a documentary on Netflix! We could have easily stayed a couple nights here due to their hospitality and wine/meads.

Waco, Tx. Home of our favorite TV couple (if you don’t know who we are referring to, shame on you!). Magnolia Table was better than we expected. But we found out that Waco isn’t just a one trick pony.
