THE most incredible boondocking spot yet!

We get a lot of questions about how we do it, and thought we’d share what boondocking looks like for US!

We LOVED Sedona. Boondocking made it even better.

Our final stay before we hit California for the holidays. We pulled in right at sunset!

In between our visits to Waco and Austin, we visited and stayed at a popular hot spot that was actually in a documentary on Netflix! We could have easily stayed a couple nights here due to their hospitality and wine/meads.

Our first attempt at boondocking was at Bayou Teche Brewery in Louisiana. We pulled into the parking lot of brewery at 4:55pm, just in time for happy hour. Or so we thought. The taproom closed at 5pm!
